§ 1 Information about the collection of personal data
(1) Below we provide information about the collection of personal data when using our website. Personal data is all data that can be personally related to you, e.g. E.g. name, address, email addresses, user behavior.

We ask that correspondence relating to data protection be marked with the addition and sent by email to dataprotection@ashour-consulting.com to ensure rapid processing.
(3) When you contact us by email or otherwise, we store the data you provide in order to answer your questions. We delete the data arising in this context after storage is no longer necessary to process the request and there is no other legal basis for storage (e.g. legal retention obligations, contract negotiation or contract execution).
(4) If we use commissioned service providers for individual functions of our offer or would like to use your data for statistical evaluations or advertising purposes, we will inform you in detail about the respective processes below. We also mention the defined storage period criteria.

§ 3 Collection of personal data when you visit our website
(1) If you use the website for informational purposes only, i.e. if you do not send us any information by email or otherwise, we only collect the personal data that your browser transmits to our server. If you would like to view our website, we collect the following data, which is technically necessary for us to display our website to you and to ensure stability and security (legal basis is Art. 6 Para. 1 Sentence 1 Letter f GDPR ):

– Time zone difference to Greenwich Mean Time (GMT)

– Access status/HTTP status code
– amount of data transferred in each case
– Website from which the request comes

– Operating system and its interface
– Language and version of the browser software.
This data will be automatically deleted after two weeks unless there is another legal reason for a longer storage period.
(2) When you contact us by email or otherwise, we store the data you provide in order to answer your questions. We delete the data arising in this context after storage is no longer necessary to process the request and there is no other legal basis for storage (e.g. legal retention obligations, contract negotiation or contract execution).
(3) In addition to the data mentioned in paragraph 1, only technically necessary cookies are set when using our website (e.g. for language settings); all other cookies are switched off.
